An all-India level CRM programme to engage service advisors, key influencers in the purchase of engine oil. We developed Castrol Champions League as a Learn & Earn programme, leveraging a key insight that service advisers are not just interested in earning rewards, but also keen to upgrade their knowledge and skills. The reward and redemption programme was created with a theme of cricket, appealing to all regions/language. It saw great success by increasing sales by 12% and having remarkable levels of engagement.
